Stress Strategies & Well-Being Workshops
Paula Nowak provides stress strategies & well-being experiential workshops that focus on empowering participants with powerful and practical strategies to foster self-regulation, mindful relaxation, and well-being in children and adults. Paula utilizes current research, practical stress strategies, experiential learning and mindful movement to share with her audience the importance of self-awareness, self-care and stress management. Due to high stress in Paula’s childhood home, her memory was short circuited, and attending to learning was challenging, & processing information was hard work. Paula’s intention is to empower others to reduce stress & pursue well-being to “just feel good” today!
