Touch for Health®

In gentle, movement-based sessions, Touch for Health® relieves stress, increases focus and self-regulation, and promotes well-being. These sessions use movement and focused intention to create awareness of thought and behaviour patterns and promote a deeper mind-body connection. Touch for Health® empowers clients by teaching movements and exercises to promote calm and focus that they can use in their daily lives.
