Touch for Health® is a powerful, practical, and effective system to enhance personal well-being while having effective tools for empowering others to support themselves. It balances posture and energy to release stress, promote well-being and upgrade performance. In a Touch for Health® session, muscles become monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. Muscle monitoring is used as a method of biofeedback to identify imbalances in the body's energy system. Using a holistic approach we rebalance and activate the body's natural healing energies, creating a sense of well-being.

At the end of Touch for Health® Level 1 you will be able to:

- Prepare an individual for accurate feedback from muscle monitoring
- Demonstrate proficiency in muscle monitoring/testing
- Evaluate energy imbalances on the 14 meridians
- Balance an individual's energy using a variety of gentle, safe and effective correction techniques including: neurolymphatics, neurovasculars, meridian tracing, origin/insertion technique & bilateral muscle correction technique
- Learn Stress Release Techniques
- Utilize simple and effective pain relief techniques
- Implement a 14 Muscle ‘Balance as You Go’
- Implement a 14 muscle ‘Goal Balance’
Touch for Health® Level 2
At the end of Touch for Health® Level 2 you will be able to:
- Balance a further 14 muscles using more correction techniques including: spindle cell mechanism, golgi tendon apparatus, acupressure holding points & cerebrospinal technique
- Use circuit locating to find priority balancing method
- Energy balance using the Traditional Chinese Medicine principles of the Five Elements
- Use muscle monitoring to identify sensitive foods
- Enhance future performance using Stress Release Techniques (ESR)
- Use specific integration movements to improve coordination
- Use additional simple pain techniques
