Paula offers experiential workshops for schools and parents that focus on empowering parents and educators to have the tools and strategies to support and empower the children they care for to "feel good" at home and school. Paula incorporates powerful and practical strategies that can easily be integrated at home and school to foster self-regulation, mindful relaxation, and well-being in children and adults. Workshops are tailored to meet the needs of your school or organization. Workshops are offered virtually or in person.
