Eden Method® Energy Balance

An integrated, energy-oriented approach to wellness and well-being, Eden Method® energy balance sessions use movement and gentle touch techniques to relieve tension, release stress, and restore balance, flow, and harmony. This method emphasizes self-care to actively support the healthy flow of one’s energies. It empowers the client by teaching tools that cultivate and maintain healthy energy habits and balance the body’s energy systems.

Two types of energy balance sessions are available:

Relaxing Energy Balance Session for Well-being
– a restorative, relaxing session to balance the body’s energies and promote well-being.

Goal Balance Session
– clients will identify a goal to be the focus of the session. Goals can be general or specific, relating to areas such as wellness and well-being or personal performance. Manual muscle monitoring as a biofeedback tool, as well as reflex corrections, are used to balance the energy related to the particular goal and create shifts in energy patterns.
